Hi Nandan,
To study MS in USA, you must take the GRE and also TOEFL. Academically, you must be very good and you must have extra-curriculars too on your profile. For university ranks, you can check Times Higher Education. Carnegie Mellon, Cornell, UCLA are some of the best ones. Visit the university websites for university specific admission requirements and prepare.

Both the universities are independent and have no relationship. They are independent and autonomous to follow their own admission process.

Hello Deepanshu,
Opting for C+ isn't mandatory for getting admission in computer science engineering. Having PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) in your 12th standard is necessary for admission into any branch of engineering.
However, it is recommended to have computers in your 12th as it helps to increase your percentage and it helps to set the foundation of what you will be learning in computer science engineering.
I hope I have been able to answer your queries to your satisfaction.

Hi Harpreet,
You should have at-least 65% and above in your B.Tech with IELTS score of 6.5 bands. If you have a good GRE score, then it can also help you.
