Hi, it is a three-year degree. If you complete after three years, you will be awarded B.A. But the catch is it can be completed in 4 years too. If you complete in 4 years, it will lead to the Masters degree. You have to apply through UCAS portal to apply to Oxford University. You can click on the link below to learn about the application process. As for requirements, you should check on Oxford website but generally you must have above 75% in 10+2 and must have over 6 in IELTS. To study Computer Science you must also take the Maths Admission Test or MAT. See this link, you will find all the details:

The fee for B.Tech is Rs. 94,500 per semester. With scholarship, it will reduce. Scholarship Slabs: If you have 90% marks in LPU-NEST or 98% or above aggregate marks in qualifying exam, Scholarship will be 65000 and fee will be 29500. If you are among Top 10 % students of LPUNES or 90% - 97.99% aggregate marks in qualifying exam Scholarship will be 40000 and fee will be 54500.
