Don't expect too much from GGSIPU. If you think you are going to get great CS education and exposure then you are wrong. It's above average (fine) here. There is a reason why it's not above IITD, NSIT, DTU, IIITD. Placements are fine.You'll get placed unless you do nothing at all.
You might get packages around 3.5-4 LPA. If you are good in technical, aptitude then you may get a higher package. Recently, Adobe and Samsung research visited and offered 8+ LPA and 7+ LPA respectively.

For normal fee structure, you can check on their official website but if you are seeking for management quota seats you need to talk to the college management soon because seats fill at the blink of an eye. And considering the average and highest package, average is around 5 LPA and highest is 15 LPA for 2016 batch.
