Inderprastha Engineering College is a private engineering college in Ghaziabad, India. It is ranked 17th in Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow. It was founded in 2000 and the first batch graduated in 2004.
Don't expect too much from IPEC. If you think you are going to get great CS education and exposure then you are wrong. It's an above average college. There is a reason why it's not above IITD, NSIT, DTU and IIITD.
Don't worry about placements, if you land up in a good college under IPEC especially in CSE program, you'll get ample of opportunities to land a good job unless you do nothing in the 4 years.
Average package goes around INR 3.5-4 LPA and if you're got technically sound and have good aptitude skills, you might find a job giving you INR 7-8 LPA.
So, all in all, IPEC is not so bad, if not that good to be compared to IITs and NITs. If you're a keen learner and would like to do something in those 4 years, I bet you'll end up doing and learning even more.

First of all, you should not expect that you'll be placed in a core company once you finish your degree from Dehradun Institute of Technology as it fails to attract any except Amazon which recruits one or two from the college.
Although, association with IBM for the computer science course is an added advantage but is nowhere going to help you because of the quality of companies visiting the campus during the placement drive.
Most probably you will get placed in an IT company by the reputed mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Accenture leaving you with no other option but to go for your Master's degree program if and only if you want to get into a core company as per your specialisation.
The average placement package for the department is around 4 LPA while the highest for the same branch being around 25 LPA by Amazon.
Therefore, you can consider joining the college if you have no other better college to get admission in or in case you want to enjoy beautiful campus located in a hill station.

Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering is a part of Dayananda Sagar University. The University for computer science is having a very nice placement record as almost all the students from computer science get placed in reputed companies. The admission process in Dayanand Sagar College of engineering is through its own private exam or through COMEDK where there is a minimum requirement of 45% marks in 10th and +2. The institution has an average placement of 9 to 11 lakh on an average highest being 21 lakh from CSE department with companies visiting such as Microsoft, Flipkart, Amazon, sap, Ashok Leyland, Fincorp, Mettwies, Axis Bank, Vodafone, etc. The university has a plus point of being situated near the corporate city of Bangalore and also have a nice infrastructure and is located in the lap of nature. Sastra University is one of the best colleges which give good placement to their student on the basic of their academic record. Many companies such as AMAZON, PAYPAL, THOROGOOD, CISCO, MICROSOFT are paying between 11 LPA to 24 LPA to its students. All you need to crack Amazon or PayPal is skill in coding or programming with a minimum CGPA of 7.5.
