Yes, you can, if you had Maths as an optional subject in your +2. Talking about CBSE, if you had PCMB, as your subjects in +2 than you can pursue computer Science engineering. I am pursuing CSE from a state government. College and many of my friends here are bio students (preparing for medical) with Maths as an optional subject. Hope that helps.

It totally depends on you that in which college you are interested in. There are many colleges offering B.Sc. Computer Science. As an average student, I will suggest you to go for some good private colleges like Amity University, Sharda University, Lovely Professional University etc. as per your interests and convenience.
