Eligibility criteria of GLA :
1. For B.Tech -students should qualify +2 with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (for OBC) and 45% (for SC/ST).
2. You need to qualify the entrance exam conducted by GLA i.e. GLAET.
Exam is conducted online in 60 centers over India.

One of my friends had scored 98 percentile at our time of JEE. He was from an open category and he had got an admission in VIT, Pune. So even if there is a gap of few years, cut offs never change drastically. Depending upon category, cut off might reduce. If you are under reservation, just make sure that you have a caste certificate and a caste validity certificate along with as well.
So, don't worry! Even if you don't get Computer branch in the first round, then wait for the second one. You'll get it if you have a good enough score.

It is not necessary to have computer Science as one of the subjects in 12th for B.Sc Honours in computer Science. Don't worry about it. You need to have valid marks of class 12th and it will be sufficient to get you admission in your favorite college.
