Yes, admission is possible to the BSc Computer Science course at Fergusson College with 66% in the HSC board. The admission process is based on merit, which means that students with higher marks in their 10+2 examination are given preference. But, with 66% marks, you have a lesser chance of getting admission to the course.

WCTM is a private institution, not a government college. It is affiliated with Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak.
While WCTM offers decent facilities and education for B.Tech in Computer Science, it may not be considered the best option when compared to top engineering colleges like IITs, NITs etc.

The UPSC Engineering Services Examination Notification states that - a candidate must have earned an engineering degree from a university established by an act of the Central or State Legislature in India, from another educational institution founded by an act of Parliament, or from a university declared to be deemed a university under section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, to be eligible to take the exam.
The candidate must, however, choose any one of the four subjects - civil, mechanical, electrical, or electronics - for which they wish to take the exam.

After registration save your password and registration number. After that you have to fill the candidate profile registration (academic profile registration form).
Download the challan and enter registration fee details.
In this form you have to upload your photograph and signature. After that select your course and verify your application carefully.

You can do M.Sc in electronics science after B.Sc in computer science as the eligibility criteria is that the candidate must have a B.Sc in any one from physics, computer science, information technology, mathematices, or electronics.
