See they will teach you almost all the main programming language but it's upto you only that in which language you have to become professional and the package is almost same for everyone as in that campus all the companies came to recruit the students.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area then Master's degree is better. However, if you want to move into general management the MBA/PG Diploma is better.

Your salary package totally depends upon your level of skills and knowledge you have in the field in which you to work. Your college will not provide you that level of help which you are expecting.
