Yes, students from arts stream too can pursue BCA without any problem. Not every university will provide you admission but there are many universities which are willing to provide admission to arts candidates too for a BCA degree course. You should look for such colleges within your area.

You can easily get admission into BCA very easily with that percentage, but I can't say the same for B.Tech. I believe at least 60% in required for admission into B.Tech courses. So, you should choose your course according with your class 12th's percentage.

Hi,
No, you don't have much options of colleges accepting less than 50% marks in Graduation. Also, if you belong to any reserved category then surely as per the eligibility you can have. Therefore, find Direct Admission in Top MBA Colleges in India with less than 50% in Graduation.

If you have scored at least 45% in your +2, then surely you can pursue BCA without any problem. Eligibility Criteria are different for every university, so you might have to consider checking the website of college in which you are seeking admission. If you want to learn programming languages, which you will be studying in your BCA course, then you can check out this app which is specially designed and developed for BCA students. It has programs and assignments of languages like C, C+ and Java with their outputs. You'll be studying these languages in your 3 years of BCA. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=technark.bca_courpr
