It is not mandatory to learn programming languages before joining engineering. But it will definitely help you if you learn them before joining the course. I will suggest you to learn C and C+. As you go further in your course you will learn other languages. Hope this will help you. You can ask if you have any queries in comments.

Fees vary depending on the modules and mode of payment you select. The best way to understand which options are best for you is by visiting FX School and getting counselled. Have you been counselled yet? In the (free) counselling session (about 45 minutes), our counsellor will tell you about the course, show you student work, give you a campus tour, and you can even meet students or faculty if you wish. Hi Kavitha,
To enroll for B.Sc., the minimum eligibility criteria is to pass out 10+2 with science subjects. I don't think it would be possible for you to enroll for the same. Every college is different and hence there admission criteria also varies. But you need to check the eligibility criteria of the college before applying and you can check the same on their website.
Regards.

Higher your qualification and credential, better will be the opportunities. What job will you seek with just a level certificate? But that does not mean a degree will guarantee you a job. You first decide what kind of job you want to do in future, and whether you want to be a computer programmer or entrepreneur.
Choose you course and path after you know what you want.
