No, without giving an entrance exam, you cannot join BCA. The fee for the same ranges between 15K and 22K.

Please check for your eligibility to apply for a course in BCA from teh criteria mentioned below:
BCA Course: Eligibility
Candidates who wish to pursue BCA course must fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria. Pass in 10+2 examination in any stream from a recognised board of education. English as a subject of study. A minimum aggregate score of 45% at 10+2 level. Some colleges prefer students from Science stream or those who have studied Mathematics and Computer Science at 10+2 level.

Yes, you can buy you need to clear the entrance exam for the course and you need to study a little about computers and a good maths for the entrance as we as for the course.
