The most appropriate postgraduation for a BCA candidate will undoubtedly be an MCA. Of course, if you have done BCA seriously and with a proper choice at the time of taking admission to it. If you wish to completely change the field, then you can think of LLB as an option.

You have not mentioned as to which course do you intend to pursue. Without knowing as to which course you want to pursue, it is difficult to suggest a university. Also, even though your 10th, 12th and IELTS are good enough your overall score is not sufficient for admission as the minimum requirement for admission in good universities is at least 70 to 75% overall in your finals. All the best.

One thing important here is: Why would you want to do that?
After studying commerce, growth of commerce is huge.
But if your interest lies in science then you might shift. Why most of the people go for an MBA post engineering, B.Sc, science courses, etc. The answer is accounting, marketing, financial education is the key to understand any business.
It is good that you have studied the basics in commerce. If this has made any interest in you do stick to commerce for higher studies.
Else, yes you can opt for B.Sc but the cut-off for any college will be higher for you than the science folks in this case.
Try to make your decision
