Hello shubhi!
The entrance exam that is used for admission in IITs for MCA is called IIT JAM (JOINT ADMISSION TEST FOR MCA/ M.Sc and other similar post graduate courses)
The Eligibility is to have at least 55% aggregate marks in the Bachelor's degree.

None of them is difficult provided you have a flair for them and if you have a clear cut path defined for your career in front of you. MCA is a technical oriented course. You can also do MBA after you complete your MCA in case your work / job demands it.

Between the tow that you have mentioned I have the opinion that MBA would be a better choice for you. MCA is a technically oriented course and therefore it requires a technical flair in the person. If you have that and want to work in IT sector then you may opt for MCA instead of MBA.

No. BCA is a commerce oriented course, which needs no entrance exams as such. If your from arts then you need to write exam for maths and get certified to qualify for this course. Or else you will normally get the seat for this course if you have maths in 11 and 12th.
