As far as know, I suggest you to go with B.tech computer science.You will high placement opportunities if you learn good programming skills. There are many colleges which are providing good education for B.Tech.

There is not much difference between the two. If you pursue your degree from any of these branches, you will get placed in nearly the same companies, the only difference is of some subjects that you will come across your 2nd & 3rd year.

The eligibility for BCA is 55% at 10+2 from any stream and from any recognised board.

BCA. is a 3 years long Undergraduate Level Bachelors Degree program. The course structure is quite similar to the traditional B.Sc. program. The 3 years duration is divided into 6 semesters, each lasting a period of 6 months. During each semester, students have to face different sets of written exams as well as practical and lab sessions.
For graduates, job opportunities exists in Government as well as Private sector. Also, self employment options are available. After BCA., which is an Undergraduate course, graduates may take up Government jobs that require a Graduation Degree (for example- Armed Forces, Nationalized Banks, PSUs etc).
