ICT is actually IT+EC. 1st and 2nd year are combined than from 3rd year onward, one has to choose either of the both for the next 2 yrs. In terms of placements 1st, being a placement cell member, I would suggest DA over above all mentioned colleges. N yeah, DA won't mind being compared to any NIT except T, W, S. The highly qualified and experienced faculty is its next asset, the student-oriented running of the college would be the next through cells, clubs, the open and non-gender centred environment would be the next.

Dear B.Tech is better than BCA+MCA. So in my view, you should join B.tech. rather than BCA. For this you can choose top private college which has good placement record which totally depends on education system.
