Hi Surya,
This decision should totally depend upon the interest area of a student. Go for BCA if you want to make your career in IT. Whereas a BBA is Bachelor degree in business administration.
Choose as per your interest.

It will mainly depend on the company in question. A candidate with a low but minimum required percentile but very good skills will be preferred. However a person with good grades but not faring well in the interview and poor IT skills won't be considered. You should work on developing both your skills and academics.
