Hello Yogi,
You should not get too fascinated with ethical hacker as they show in movies. Most of the institutes provide just a basic fancy course under the name of ethical hacking, just to attract students and earn more.
I would rather recommend you to go for security specialist professionals. These jobs are highly payable and in high demand as most companies need them to protect their own data.
You can go to some reputed computer training institutes like NIIT, etc. You can go for java courses followed by networking courses and CCNA/ CCNB (CISCO) courses. After this, you can also opt for CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certification cours

Hi,
Yes, it is a good option if you are willing to take your career in technical field and continue. MCA is a Master's degree with professional in technical skills and for IT background it is well suited.
But, if you are willing to change your career from technical to management sector and then instead MCA you can pursue MBA in IT or engineering or MBA in operations.

MCA is the sufficient qualification to start your career as IT professional. M.Tech after MCA will make you a specialist in your chosen field and you can make career as a technologist, architect or designer. You may seek admission in M.Tech if you are highly technically inclined. If you are not highly technically inclined then you may opt for job after MCA and grow into techno managerial role as team lead, PM and program manager. As M.Tech you will get only 15 to 25% additional salary over what a fresh MCA will get. In case you are planning to pursue M.Tech then target to do M.Tech from IITs or NITs after clearing GATE.
