You won't get any specialisation option right in class 11th. I would recommend you to choose science and keep computers as a subject in your class 12th. After completing your class 12th board examinations, you can opt for B.Sc, B.Tech, or BCA for your graduation.
A game requires different kinds of programming. Front user interface, backend database, encryption, and other programming tools depending on the game. You will be taught about these languages in the graduation stream. Once you've completed graduation, you're all set to develop your own game.
I hope it helps. If so, kindly upvote this answer.

Without CCNA or CCNP certifications, it will be hard to get a job in networking field after completing B.Tech. If you don't want to do CCNA certifications, then the best option for you is to join a networking company after completing B.Tech, either as an intern or if you get a full time job, which would be great.

Well, it will depend on your definition of drop-out. Universities abroad do accept bright students with a very strong profile. They would be interested to know your activities from 2012 onwards. If you gained work experience it's a plus point. You must also meet the entry requirements relevant to a program and university. Check directly with the university if you have sufficient grades, you must also take your IELTS/TOEFL. There could be several options available, research well.
