Hi Divyansh,
Can I know your stream in class 12th? If you do not have mathematics, then you have to go for PPC exams in IGNOU. To pursue BCA from IGNOU is not advisable as passing percentage of BCA candidates in IGNOU is very poor.

If you want to change career to non-technical, but continue to work in IT industry, then MBA in IT is an excellent option. After MBA in IT, you can take sales, account management, pre sales support and business analysis roles in IT industry.

If you are a graduate, preferably B.Tech in IT, B.Sc in CS or BCA and J2EE certified, then you have very high probability of getting a developer job.
