Yes, you can proceed as you are a graduate. PG Diploma course needs a graduation to join the course. You can join now as you have done your graduation.

Hello Chirag,
Don't get too fascinated with "ethical hacker" as they show in movies. Hackers mean "thieves". No company would hire a thief to steal other company's data as that could land them in serious legal trouble. Further, hacking requires a deep knowledge of computer programming and the functioning of computer and networks which is covered in engineering syllabus.
What I would rather recommend you is go for security specialist professionals. These jobs are highly payable and in high demand as most companies need them to protect their own data.
