You are not eligible for this programme because you have not completed your course in BCA which is mandatory for doing MCA because the eligibility criteria of admission is Graduation in BCA.
According to the Indira Gandhi National Open University IGNOU the eligibility criteria for MCA Programme (MCA_NEW) from January 2022 cycle has changed as follows: Passed BCA/B.Sc (Computer Science/IT)/Bachelor's degree in computer Science and engineering or Equivalent with at least 50% marks in the Bachelors degree (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) or 1. Maths is compulsory for BCA, but you have Manths in semester 1 and semester 2. You can take the admission check the university and college for the same.

Hi, Bachelor of Computer Applications BCA is 3 Year Under Graduate Course offered by Many Colleges in India and is best suited for students who want to go in IT Field. So Yes, after your 12th commerce, you can go for BCA. Eligibility for BCA in most of the top universities is pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (it may vary if on university)

10+2 passed in Science/ Arts/ Commerce with a minimum of 45% in aggregate (40% for reserved category) preferably with Computer Science/ Mathematics as a subject in 10+2 or Diploma Engineering from AICTE recognised institute. So yes you can apply in any authorized institution. Suggestions: Graphic Era University, Dehradun.
