Bachelors in Architecture B.Arch needs Mandatory NATA/JEE paper 2 exam qualification in all colleges across India. Construction technology may not have NATA mandatory, since it is not a B.Arch programme.

There is a huge discussion following between M.Tech and MBA. It is as simple as I will explain you. If you want to be a part of technical team and want to do projects under someone M.Tech is the one. But if you want to lead a team, or work as a manager and let others work under you and you're not interested in technical stuff, MBA is for you. Make it clear and go for it.

The Construction Technology course is good but if you're interested in core, then I guess civil is a better option.
Acharya Institutes campus is spread over 120 acres, with good architecture and greenery. A balanced ratio. It calms your soul to take a walk around the campus in the evening.
