All applicants must demonstrate English language skills to obtain a UK Student visa. For UG and PG applicants, a minimum CEFR level of B2 is required (Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking). International students can take a Secure English Language Test/SELT with one of the following providers:

Some things that student should have answer to before looking for housing options like what type of room is best eg - studio, twodio, or ensuite. Then comes location and pricing as students must always keep their budget and distance from university in mind. Lastly distinguish presence of which facilities are negotiable and which are not like high-speed wifi or laundry facilities.
