CSIR NET 2025 Application Form: The last date for fee payment is June 27, 2025 (up to 11:59 PM). The correction window was open on June 28 and 29, 2025 (up to 11:59 PM). The authority closed the CSIR NET 2025 registration process on June 26, 2025. The last date to apply for the June sesison is extended. Earlier, it was June 23. The registration for the June session was started on June 3, 2025. The application form was released along with the notification at csirnet.nta.ac.in.

  • Visit the official website - csirnet.nta.ac.in
  • Click on the link stating 'CSIR NET City Intimation Slip 2025'
  • Enter the application number and date of birth
  • Check your exam city under the 'City of Examination' column
  • Take a printout

Yes, The CSIR NET exam accepts candidates who obtained their Master's degree in Mathematics with Computer Science as it considers both M.Sc. education and equivalent qualifications for eligibility. 

Educational Qualification:

  • A Master's degree in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Science or a related field is required.
  • Since your degree includes Mathematics, you are eligible.

Eligibility for the CSIR NET Physics exam depends on the applicant's master's degree and related field of study. If the subject has important content related to physics A Master's degree in Renewable Energy may also be considered. CSIR NET is primarily aimed at applicants with a degree in the physical sciences, such as an M.Sc. in Physics. Yes, the CSIR NET exam can be taken by you with your B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering and M.Tech in Nanotechnology. According to the eligibility criteria, candidates who have a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent with at least 55 percent marks (50 percent marks for reserved categories) are eligible for the CSIR NET exam. It can be added here that the age restriction for the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) is up to 28 years from July 2022, and there is relaxation of 5 years in the age limit for candidates of the reserved category.
