From published eligibility criteria, it looks that B.Sc. Nursing grads are not eligible for CSIR JRF awarded based on NET examination. Based on your educational qualifications, it will be difficult for you to clear Life Sciences subjects in NET examination.

Yes, you are eligible to take the CSIR NET Life Science Exam. The subejcts in which you did your graduation and post-graduations come under life Science itself. So, you can take the exam.
