Yes, you are eligible for the CSIR NET exam. Eligibility Criteria for CSIR NET:
BS-4 Years, M.Sc. BE/B.Tech, Integrated BSMS B.Pharma MBBS or an Equivalent Degree. For General and OBC candidates, 55 percent marks are needed, and for SC, ST, and PWD candidates, a minimum of 50 percent marks are needed. A Student must be an Indian citizen. Age: For JRF, the students must be not more than 28 years as of July 1, 2022. Relaxation in age limit for CSIR NET:
For SC, ST, PWD, and Female: 5 years
For OBC: 3 years. There is no upper age limit for Assistant Professorship or Lectureship. I hope this will help you.

From published eligibility criteria, it looks that B.Sc. Nursing grads are not eligible for CSIR JRF awarded based on NET examination. Based on your educational qualifications, it will be difficult for you to clear Life Sciences subjects in NET examination.
