For a graduation candidate from the OBC category in Madhya Pradesh, the minimum percentage required to be eligible for the CTET exam is 45% in graduation, along with a relevant teacher training qualification like B.Ed or D.El.Ed. However, some relaxations may apply as per NCTE norms. Always refer to the latest CTET notification for exact eligibility criteria.

The major difference between CTET and UPTET is that when candidates clear the CTET exam, it provides a national-level eligibility certificate that can be used across India, whereas clearing the UPTET exam provides a state-level eligibility certificate that is only valid within Uttar Pradesh state.

Since you are currently in the 3rd semester of B.Ed (which is typically a 4-semester course), you are not yet eligible to apply for CTET because you haven't completed your B.Ed degree. You can apply only after completing your B.Ed or equivalent qualification.
The official CTET 2025 notification and application form will be released soon, and only those who fulfill these eligibility criteria will be allowed to register for the exam.
