Your CTET certificate from 2015 possesses an endless validity. Under recent guidelines from the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in 2021 the CTET certificate exists with lifetime validity. Your CTET certificate remains active indefinitely therefore you can forego future CTET exam attempts to keep your certification. CTET organizes two yearly exams which draw more than 8 Lacs diverse applicants. CTET applicants from the general category must pay INR 1000 and candidates who belong to SC/ST/PwD categories need to pay INR 500 as application fee.

The central Teacher Eligibility test (CTET) is a national-level exam conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to asses the eligibility of candidates for teaching positions in classes 1 to 8 across India. In Maharastra, CTET is held in multiple cities, including Ahmednaga, Akola, Amravathi, and Aurangabad. The Exam consists of two papers for classes 1-5 and Classes 6-8 . Candidates can appear both the papers .

Yes, you are eligible to apply for the CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) if you have completed B.Sc. (Computer Science) and MCA, provided you meet the additional educational qualifications required by the exam. For teaching at the primary level (Class 1-5), a Diploma in elementary education or equivalent is necessary. For the upper primary level (Class 6-8), you need a B.Ed. degree. If you have a B.Ed., you can apply for the CTET for upper primary teaching.

No, candidates are not allowed to appear for the CTET exam without a valid photo ID proof. Candidates need to keep the following three things for the centre- an original photo ID proof, CTET admit card and a recent passport-sized photograph. These are the mandatory documents required to be carried to the CTET exam centre. The valid photo identity proof could be any of the following - Aadhaar card/ Driving Licence/ PAN Card/ Passport/ Voter Id.

Candidates must carry the following things and documents to the CTET exam centre on the day of examination:
- CTET admit card: Candidates need to carry their admit card to the centres. Candidates without admit card will not be allowed to appear in exam.
- Photo ID proof: Candidates must carry an original photo ID proof such as PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, or Aadhaar Card.
- Photo: Candidates need to carry passport size photograph (the same uploaded on the application form).

The CTET admit card is useful for two events, that is, at the time of the exam, and at the time of result declaration. Candidates must retain the CTET exam admit card with them till the announcement of the result. The admit card of the CTET exam is an important document that candidates must carry to the exam center on the day of examination. Candidates who fail to carry the admit card are not allowed to appear for the exam.
The CTET admit card contains the roll number, which is needed to check the result. Candidates should keep their admit card after the exam.
