The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released the CTET online form for the January session on November 3, 2023, accompanied by the official notification PDF. The category wise qualifying score for candidates appearing in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) are as follows:
• SC/ST Category - Fifty Five Percent i.e. 82 marks out of 150 marks.
• OBC Category - Fifty Five Percent i.e. 82 marks out of 150 marks.

CTET is an acronym used for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test and is conducted in two sessions: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Both the papers include a total of 150 MCQs. The first paper consists of questions from the following subjects: Child Development and Pedaogaoy, Language-1 (compulsory), Mathematics and Environmental Studies. The questions in Paper 2 include (four sections) Child Development and Pedagogy, Mathematics and Sciences/Social Studies. The maximum number a student can get in Paper 1 is 150.

As the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2024 is approaching nearby, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has opened the correction window for applicants to fix any possible mistake in the form.
The correction window was opened from 4th December 2023 to 8th December 2023.
Candidates are advised to check their form with caution to any mistake and fix it during the time being as the correction window will not open again in any circumstances.
