Clearning CTET exam does not guarantee you a job. This exam is conducted at national level for testing the candidates eligibility for teaching at Primary (Class 1 to Class 5) or Elementary levels (Class 6 to Class 8). This exam just makes you eligible to apply for teaching jobs in Government Schools such as KVS, NVS and many more. It does not means that you will necessarily get a job. You have to go through other processes at various schools and you will get a job based on your performace in the entire selection process. CTET scores are considered by school selection committees in recruitment of teachers at Primary or Elementary level.

Students can get information about their alloted Examination Centre and its city code through their CTET 2024 Examination Admit Card.
The CTET 2024 examination is scheduled on 21 January 2024. Admit card will be released shortly, during January 2024. All the registered candidates must download their admit card from the CTET 2024 portal on the Central Board of Secondary school (CBSE)'s official website.

As per the latest notice by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the CTET 2024 Examination will be conducted in 153 cities in all over India, candidates are allowed to choose the cities according to their preferences. The list of cities along with their respective city codes are available on the official website of the examination.

The CTET form correction 2026 date will be announced in the notification. The CBSE releases the CTET application correction link on the official website- ctet.nic.in. The CBSE gives candidates one chance to correct any incorrect information in the CTET application form (if any). No change will be accepted through offline mode, i.e., through fax/application, email, etc. No changes will be allowed in the application form after the closing of the application correction window.
