You should keep appearing for the CTET exam till the time you crack it. There is no cap on the number of attempts. That is there is no fixed limit on the number of attempts in the CTET examination. Candidates can appear for the CTET exam for any number of times till they obtain the desired scores.

The exam conducting body, Central Board of Secondary Education CBSE fixes the CTET selection process. The CTET is a national-level eligibility exam conducted by the CBSE to determine the eligibility of candidates for the post of teacher of Classes 1 to 8. Candidates need to bring only one copy of the CTET admit card to the exam centre. However, candidates can bring two printouts of the admit cards to the CTET exam centre, in a safe place.

No, there is no need to get the CTET admit card attested. Candidates need to bring the non-attested printout of the CTET admit card to the examination centres. Candidates need to report at the CTET exam centre at 7:30 am for first shift and at 12:30 pm for second shift, that is, 120 minutes before the commencement of the exam.

Candidates who forget to carry the CTET admit card to the exam centre are not allowed to take the exam. The CTET admit card is a proof that the candidate had registered for the exam.
