CUET Preparation

The requirements for B.A. (Hons) English, through CUET, are only two subjects to choose in the CUET examination, i.e.,  

1. English
2. General Test (GT)

To prepare for Christ University CUET in few days:

• Learn concepts and understand them clearly
• Solve previous year question papers to know the difficulty level, pattern and type of questions
• Revise formulas, concepts and take mock tests

Yes, many publishers offer CUET-specific practice books that align with the exam's structure. Arihant and Oswaal publish CUET UG practice books that include sample questions for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. These books usually cover chapter-wise questions, previous year papers, and mock tests that focus specifically on the CUET syllabus.

NCERT textbooks for Classes 11 and 12 are crucial for CUET UG 2025, as they cover fundamental concepts and the exam's prescribed syllabus. However, to score well in the exam, students should also refer to additional books that offer advanced problems and varied practice exercises, especially for subjects like Physics and Chemistry.

Reference books like H.C. Verma's Concepts of Physics and OP Tandon's Organic Chemistry provide additional questions that help students practice for higher difficulty levels that might be covered in CUET Science paper.

The level of difficulty for the CUET Economics exam is generally comparable to the Class 12th board level, with a focus on core concepts in Microeconomics and Macroeconomics. The questions test conceptual clarity and the application of economic principles. Students who are well-prepared in their Class 12th syllabus, particularly those using NCERT books, should find the exam manageable, though critical thinking and analytical skills are essential for higher scores.

Although NCERT is enough to prepare for CUET biology exam, according to the previous years' question papers, NTA may ask some questions that require analytical thinking skills. To be prepare for those questions, candidates can always take reference from books of other authors or publishers. 

However, a candidate is advised to first cover the NCERT biology books, before studying from any other book.

The difficulty level for CUET Physics exam is uaully considered moderate to high. The question paper my include questions that require candidates to use their analytical thinking skills. Additionally, calculation-based questions might be time consuming making it hard for candidates to complete their exam on time.

The duration for CUET Chemistry exam is 60 minutes. Candidates are required to attempt 50 questions within this time period. 

According to the previous years' question paper analysis, CUET Chemsitry exam's difficulty level usually ranges from moderate to high. However, the difficulty level for a candidate depends on their preparation level also.
