The fee structure for the Diploma in Education (D.Ed.) at Government Teacher Training Institute, Malappuram, generally ranges between INR 10,000 to INR 15,000 per year as tuition fee, and registration, examination, and other miscellaneous charges would range between INR 2,000 to INR 5,000. So, the students will have to budget around INR 12,000 to INR 20,000 per year for their education. It is always best to contact the institute directly to find the most current and accurate fee information.

While a D.Ed. or B.El.Ed. provides a foundational education, it may not be considered equivalent to a B.Ed. in Special Education for roles specifically requiring that specialization. Always check the specific requirements of the educational institution or governing body in your area for the most accurate information.

Indeed, why not?

Degrees in Education is being offered in both distance mode and regular mode.

Choose the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) above the Diploma. Many institutions, like IGNOU, provide distant learning options for obtaining the degree; alternatively, you can obtain the same degree through traditional mode by attending exams alone and skipping classes. This is feasible in universities that are brand-new or located outside of the city. You will be assessed a fee for attending.

You are able to work as a temporary teacher at private schools during this time because a B.Ed. degree is not required.

I hope this is useful.

Best of luck
