DElEd is a Diploma course in Elementary Education. It is a 2-year full-time diploma course to train teachers for the primary level and can be done with classroom training or distance learning. It is a 4-semester course to prepare students to work in primary/ upper primary schools in different states of the country. The design of the course is such that it includes practical training and internships along with classroom training. It includes principles of child development, education practice and the role of the teacher in grooming the students. After the completion of the DElEd course, the candidates have to appear for CTET or State level TET exams for starting a career as an elementary school teacher.
Thus after completing this course and clearing the Teacher Eligibility Test, one can start working as an elementary school teacher in any reputed chain of elementary schools. One can also pursue advanced courses in the field of education such as BEd or MEd to expand their skillset and qualification and avail better paying job opportunities.

 the main difference is that one course is D.El.Ed is a Diploma level course while the other is a degree course.
 B El Ed full form is Bachelor of Elementary Education. D El Ed Full Form is Diploma in Elementary Education.

In government colleges, institutes or universities, the fees for the BTC may be between 8,000 to 40000. But in the Private Institutes or Semi-Government Institutes, the fees will be between 8000 to 85000 or even more. Each state has a different criteria.

Yes, D.El.Ed is valid for Madhya Pradesh Varg 2 exam. It is a Diploma that covers the educational and developmental aspects of teaching. If you are trying to qualify for the Madhya Pradesh Varg 2 exam by getting D.El.Ed and a teaching qualification, I would suggest you to approach a training center.
