Yes, you can get admission in D Pharma after passing the 12th with PCB. However you need to meet the age criteria of concerned college if any there.

For admission to DPharm course at the School of Pharmacy, Sharda University, there is minimum eligibility to pass before applying for the course. Candidates who passed Class 12 with minimum 50% aggregate are eligible to apply for this course. Their passing stream must be Science and the subjects should be PCM/ PCB. Further, for admissions, candidates must have passed SUAT or CUET UG entrance exam with a valid score.

School of Pharmacy, Sharda University offers a two-year DPharm course. Candidates seeking for admission to this course must qualify for either Sharda University Admission Test (SUAT), which is an in-house entrance exam of the university. Apart from that, Sharda University also accepts a valid score of CUET UG, which is conducted by NTA every year. Candidates will be shortlisted for admission through their past academic qualification, entrance exam scores and performance in PI round.

Candidates should have possessed at least 50% in 10+2 exams from any recognised board with Science as a mandatory subject. Candidates should have qualified the entrance exam like UPSEE, BITSAT, MH CET.
Based on MH CET and your HSC exams you will be getting admission for D.Pharma

You have to attend OJEE (in odisha) examination and you have to be placed in under 400 rank to get admission in government institutions.
