You should go for B.V.Sc medical degree course after doing a deep research about this field and the job opportunities available after it in both government and private sector. This is because, you will get no special recognition unless you do engineering from software field or get into government sector after your engineering.

Dairy technology is that branch of engineering which deals with necessary training and guidance for the processing, packaging, transportation, storage and distribution of the products related to dairy.
The scope and job opportunity is good in India and also in foreign countries such as Australia, Denmark and Switzerland. No.As per my knowledge you can get seat in b.tech diary technology without having state domicile.!!! Probably some seats are reserved under state quota.But I'm not sure about it.You can download the prospectus of Sri Guru angad dev from its website.!!! good luck
