With one Constituent College and one Autonomous College, the University is home to 112 colleges that together offer graduate and postgraduate degrees in a range of subjects to meet the needs of its more than 60,000 students.

It is divided into four faculties: education, Science and technology, commerce and management, and the arts. It is both an AIU member and a university recognised by the UGC. The classrooms are neat, well-maintained and very big. The sitting arrangement is also very comfortable. The labs in this college are well and the systems are new and work properly. Near the college, their canteen and the hostel are also very nice and the food is decent.
