Yes definitely the degree offered by BN College of Engineering and Technology is valid and recognised for further studies and for government jobs . Indus Business Academy is a AICTE MHRD approved and NAAC accredited private college established more than 20 years ago so obviously the degrees are completely valid. People who got their degree from IBA are working in the corporate world in all the big cities of India or even US.

Yes, MIT offered a management degree. Their school of managements offeres Masters in management. Scientific management and other degrees too. They are one of the most sought after degrees. And many MNC's look for the MIT stamp when hiring.
