Here is the process to apply for degree convocation at Osmania University:

  • Go to the university and take a Convocational form from the press
  • Go to the bank and buy a DD (from any of the national banks)
  • You need to carry passport-size photos, a Xerox of the class 10th mark sheet, class 12th mark sheet and provisional and consolidated mark sheets

I think you're saying as a whole marks out of 300 (including Physics, Chem, Maths). 

So, if we calculate the percentage i.e. (109/300)*100 = 36.33%

So, with this percentage you won't be getting into any engineering college. Asthe minimum criteria mostly varies from 45% to 60 %.
