Officially, AICTE and universities mandate a minimum of seventy-five percent attendance for B.Tech programs. While some private universities like Lovely Professional University or Amity University have flexible attendance policies, no reputed college completely waives it. Instead, opt for institutes that offer blended learning options with recorded lectures and online submissions.

No, Maths is not mandatory.
For BHU's B.Com (Hons.) in Financial Markets Management, you're eligible if you had any of these in 12th: Commerce, Economics, Maths, Computer Science, Finance, or related vocational subjects. So a Commerce student without Maths is still very much eligible.

Well, it is not a great idea, as online engineering degrees like BTech and M.Tech are not valid in India anymore as per the recent guidelines by AICTE and UGC. This is because of the technical nature of the discipline that needs practical training to excel at the workplace. So, it is better to go for regular, full-time Structural Engineering courses offered by various top colleges in India, where you'll get to learn about the field through field visits, internships, and industrial visits.
