Hi,
Yes, you are eligible for banking examination. The only requirement regarding educational qualification you have to have any graduation degree. It doesn't matter from which institute you got your degree. In SBI JA and SBI PO if you are in your last semester/ year you can apply for these post.

You can give gap affidavit during admission for higher studies. Gap is not good for Job. Nevertheless you can cover it upto some extent by achievements/ self employment / professional jobs like advocate. Also he can opt for some skill courses like data Science or some demanding technical skills.

Government PG College Dharamshala is a public state college established in 1926. It is affiliated to the Himachal Pradesh University. Students are admitted based on their 12th standard scores. The admissions are done as per the Government of Himachal Pradesh norms through State Government Counseling and through regulated management seat procedures. So, in other words no admission exam is required to take admission in UG courses. All you have to do is score good in your 10+2. Hope this helps. Best of luck.
