As per BCI rule, 45% minimum for 3 year LL.B. ( general ) and 40 % for another category. Yes, there are many colleges giving admission without MH-CET. Also, there is no upper age limit on appearing for MH- CET. You can also pursue LL.B. In distance mode from colleges like Annamalai University. But it is not valid for legal practice. The age limit is for 5 years LL.B. From NLU. You can do LL.B. Via -
1) regular courses
2) distance mode ( not valid for legal practice). You can refer BCI rule for regular courses ( age, marks, etc. ).
