Hello Kanhaiya Thakur, normally speaking for a student who is seeking to do Ph.D. in any subject is supposed to know no a lot about that subject since only then can the student is expected to carry out research in that subject. Therefore I feel that you may not be eligible to pursue Ph.D. in any other subject in Humanities. But you can pursue Ph.D. in information technology in which you already have a post graduation.
