Yes, candidates appearing in their final exam for the BTech degree can apply for an M.Tech at Thapar University. However, such candidates have to submit their undertaking at the time of counselling stating that they are applying at their own risk, as their result of the final exam has not been declared, and ensure that they do not have any backlogs in previous semesters.
