The registration process of CAT 2021 will be begin in the 1st week of August 2020 and exam will be conducted in 4th week of November 2020. So candidates those are appearing in final year of exams in 2020 will be eligible for CAT 2021. Hence you can not apply for CAT 2021.

Hello,Your wish to have a degree of engineering with passing out in 2020 is very nice but I am afraid it takes 4 years for a student to pass out with an engineering degree after getting admission. Hence if you take admission in 2020 then the earliest you can pass out with an engineering degree will be 2024. Best wishes to you.
