Can you please clearly mention your percentile? It will help me in giving you a better opinion. If you don't wish to disclose it, then it's fine. Anyway, your scores in 10th, 12th are not so bad. Your marks should not be an issue for you to get admission into XLRI.

Hi,
Specifically, in food and beverage, there is no degree programme but some IHMs offer Diploma programme in food and beverage. If you are interested in food and beverage, you can pursue hotel management and later join food and beverage department of a hotel as a management trainee.

PGPM or PGDM is not an issue nowadays as PGPM is an industry accepted qualification across companies now. IBS, Mumbai has recently started getting companies for HR top being reliance Jio and TCS. Other profiles which come in offer quiet low package in the range of (3 lacs to 5 lacs pa). But, if you get internship in a good HR firm. Chances are there that you may get a PPO/PPI but from last year, HR people have also started getting mentorship for selected students of HR.

Yes, it's a very BIG problem As both are not the same courses. One is related with accounting and other with business. When colleges take in their consideration, they prefer BBA aspirants when students have same marks applying for MBA.
