For getting admissions in LLB, you need to give the entrance exam of law which is CLAT. I'll share with you the important dates for this and colleges where you can apply as well for this course.
You can plan your dates accordingly and apply to the colleges which are well recognised for their degree in law:
NLSIU, Bangalore
NALSAR, Hyderabad
Campus law centre, Delhi
Symbiosis Law School, Pune
UPES, Dehradun

UGC takes NET exam through CBSE. the next attempt in 2017 will be taken by those who have applied for that. last date has gone. You need to be a Post Graduate in a subject Listed by UGC for NET. States also take their own exams like SLETs. for that you need to keep checking which state has opened the test. with SLET, you will remain eligible for that state only. with NET, anywhere in UGC approved college you can go. About Inter ( If you mean the school class hoti 12th) MA and B.ed with some CTET or TET in the respective states for School cadre.

Hi,
You may be able to study depending on your overall application package, where you want to study, the university admission requirements etc. Clearly 54% is not such a good percentage so you have to work on other aspects of your profile like a strong SOP, project works, etc.

Hello Divesh,
Yours is really interesting case. Your CGPA is reasonably well but you have passed with backlogs. If the competition is intense then your chances are slim, but if less students apply, then you may get a look in.
