Hello Kunal, it's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your M.Tech in structural engineering from college located in Delhi NCR. Delhi NCR is a very big area and it may not be feasible for you to commute to the college situated in diametrically opposite location with respect to your residence. Hence I would like to advise you to look for the college nearer to you and check with them if they gave part time M.Tech.
