Go for HP, APTECH or NIIT. They have good staff and they provide enough resources for practical. Also, just don't try to learn every possible language and try to learn just one or two but with excellence. That will really help shaping your career. Once u get grasp of one language, learning a new language is just learning the syntaxes, rest all follow same logic.

Read these books:
1. Encyclopedia of Advertising and Public Relations.
2. Any book related to Journalism and Mass Communication. I recommend Arihant but the book has wrong answer keys.
3. Brand Equity supplement, comes in The Economic Times every Friday (I think)
4. Vir Bala Aggarwal
5. Book on public relations by Cutlip
6. General English and General Awareness.

Hi,
IHM-Mumbai and Pusa are the best government colleges. You need to score really good marks to crack admission in these colleges, your rank should be below 600-700.
