Are you sure it is 23000 and not 2300? I think it is not possible to have 23000 rank because not these many students apply. It must be 2300. Please check. * WITH 23000 RANK YOU WON'T GET ADMISSION.
1. Your rank is not satisfactory.
2. You are from outside Delhi. This further reduces your chances. *WITH 2300 RANK YOU MAY GET ADMISSION
