Hello Kiran,
There are plenty of colleges in Delhi offering this subject for graduation. However in the absence of any assessment by third party, it's next to impossible to grade colleges. I would advise you to select that college which is most easy to reach.

After B.Sc Botany, you can apply for matching jobs or can go for higher studies. M.Sc course in Botany or related area will improve the career prospect of the candidate in future. Those who prefer a career after B.Sc Botany can search for jobs in public and private sector.
